General Terms and Conditions

1. Basic provision

These general terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the parties arising from sales contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, the subject of which is the sale and purchase of products offered on the Seller's e-commerce website. Purchase in the online shop www.mangolanestudio.com may be made by natural and legal persons without restriction, provided that they comply with the following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC).
By placing an order for goods, the Customer agrees to these GTC.

Buyer:

A natural or legal person who has entered into a business relationship with the seller by placing an order.
Goods:
All products and services that can be found in the offer of the online store www.mangolanestudio.com or goods made to the Buyer's specific requirements specially ordered based on the Buyer's specification.

2. Acceptance of the order and conclusion of the purchase contract

The validity of an electronic order is subject to the true and complete completion of the following essential elements:

contact details of the buyer - name and surname or business name of the company, buyer's place of residence or registered office, e-mail,
the goods code or the exact name of the goods, which uniquely identifies the subject of the order (designation of goods by type as indicated in the price list of the e-shop), the price of the goods and the quantity of goods requested,
the selected payment method,
the chosen method of delivery and the address for delivery of the goods.

The received electronic order is considered as a proposal for the conclusion of a purchase contract.
On the basis of a duly completed order of the Buyer, the Seller shall carry out its verification. By verifying the order, the Seller confirms to the Buyer by email or otherwise the type, price and quantity of the Goods which it undertakes to deliver to the Buyer. Once verified, the order shall be deemed binding between the parties.

3. Payment terms

The price of the goods is determined according to the valid price list. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer at the price valid at the time of ordering the goods.
The Buyer is obliged to pay the Seller the purchase price including the cost of delivery of the goods by the payment methods offered in the order: by credit card.
The invoice for the sale of the goods is sent to the Buyer in advance by e-mail.

4. Delivery terms

The ordered goods will be shipped to the buyer in the chosen manner (Packeta Slovakia s. r. o., with registered office at Sliačska 1E, 831 02 Bratislava - city district Nové Mesto, Slovak Republic, ID No.: 48 136 999, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court of Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 105158/B).
The Seller shall deliver the goods to the Buyer in the shortest possible time, usually from 1-5 working days after the order is issued. The Buyer acknowledges that the stated delivery dates are indicative. The Buyer agrees to extend the delivery time if the production of the ordered goods or other circumstances so require.
In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver all of the ordered goods to the Buyer within the agreed timeframe, the Seller shall notify the Buyer as soon as possible and inform the Buyer of the expected delivery date of the ordered goods or propose the delivery of alternative goods to the Buyer.
In the event that a situation arises where the Seller is unable to deliver the goods for any reason, the Seller shall immediately contact the Buyer to agree on the next course of action. In the event that the Buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to the Buyer's account and the purchase contract will not be concluded.
The Seller's obligation to deliver the ordered goods is fulfilled by handing them over to the Buyer at the agreed place of performance or at the moment of handing them over to the carrier (Packeta Slovakia s.r.o.) for transport to the place of destination.

5. Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

Seller - reserves the right to cancel the order or part of it until the moment of delivery of the goods in case of unavailability of the goods, non-payment or non-acceptance of the order by the Buyer within 14 days or a significant change in the price of the goods. Before cancellation, the Seller is always obliged to contact the Buyer in order to agree on the next course of action.
In the event that this situation arises, the Seller will contact the Buyer without delay. If the Buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, the relevant amount will be transferred back to the Buyer's account within 14 calendar days.

Buyer - the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason, if the sale of the goods is made exclusively through an online e-commerce website.
When exercising the right to withdraw from the contract of sale, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by filling in the withdrawal form (at the end of the GTC) and then sending it back to the seller by e-mail to info@mangolanestudio.com before the goods are dispatched.
If the conditions for the return of the goods are met, the Buyer will be refunded the full amount paid for the goods within 14 working days from the date of withdrawal.
The Seller does not accept returned goods by cash on delivery.
In case of return of goods, the Buyer is obliged to send the goods by registered letter or parcel by post or by a forwarding company. The Buyer is obliged to pack the returned goods in such a way as to prevent damage during transport. The Buyer is also obliged to ensure that the undamaged and unworn goods are delivered to the Seller's address at the Buyer's own expense. The time limit is deemed to have been observed if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods have been produced on the basis of a special order.

6. Warranty, complaints, return of goods

When selling the goods to the buyer, the seller is responsible for the fact that the goods have the required quality, quantity, measure and weight, are free from defects and must comply with generally applicable standards. The Seller shall be liable for any defects in the goods sold upon receipt.
If the buyer discovers a defect in the purchased goods during the warranty period, which is not caused by improper use, but by a defect in the goods themselves, he has the right to claim the goods. The warranty period for the goods shall be terminated in cases where the defect was caused by improper handling of the product, mechanical damage, operation in unsuitable conditions or unauthorised interference with the product.
In order to claim the goods, the Buyer is obliged to send to the Seller, together with the defective goods, a completed goods claim form (found at the end of the GTC) via e-mail info@mangolanestudio.com and subsequent delivery to the Seller's address. The photographs of the products on the website are illustrative, i.e. a possible variation in the appearance of the wax or the label, which does not affect the quality of the candle, is not a reason for claiming the goods.
Complaints including defects will be processed without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days from the date of the complaint, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Buyer. In the event of non-compliance with the deadline for processing the complaint, the buyer has the right to exchange the goods, if available, or to withdraw from the purchase contract.

7. Privacy Policy

When registering, the buyer provides the data necessary for his identification in e-commerce, which allows him to carry out the necessary accounting operations, to draw up a tax document and to arrange for the transport of goods. The Seller undertakes to treat and dispose of the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable law, collecting it only for the above-mentioned purpose and for the improvement of its services.
Your personal data may be disclosed to the following third parties: (i) Packeta Slovakia s.r.o. for the purpose of delivery of the ordered goods and (ii) to other authorized entities on the basis of a generally binding legal regulation, if we are obliged to do so. By using the online shop, the buyer agrees to the collection and use of information about him and his purchases under the conditions set out above.

8. Final provisions

The rights and obligations not regulated by the Purchase Contract and these GTC shall be governed by the law of the Slovak Republic (in particular Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended). In the event of any contradictions between the Purchase Contract (i.e. the accepted order or individually agreed terms and conditions) and these GTC, the provisions of the Purchase Contract shall prevail.
The Seller reserves the right to change these GTC at any time in writing by publishing a new version of the GTC on the website www.mangolanestudio.com. The new version of the GTC will be published no later than on the day of their entry into force. These GTC shall apply to specific purchase contracts in the wording indicated on the website on the date of placing an order by the Buyer.
These GTC come into force and effect on the date of their publication on the website of the online store www.mangolanestudio.com.
