We usually dispatch candles in stock within 1-5 working days of order.
It is important to us that the candles arrive to you as quickly as possible and in 100% condition. Your goods are therefore safely packed and protected from damage during transit. We deliver the goods all over Slovakia and you will always be informed about the delivery of your order in time. For orders over 100€ you get free shipping.
You can pick up the goods at a Packety branch within 7 days of delivery. After this deadline, the parcel will be returned to the sender.

 

REFUNDS

Ordered goods can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must not be used.
